Shipping - 

All orders of $150.00 or less will be held and shipped once the current Canada Post strike is over.

During the Canada Post strike we will be using Purolator Courier and UPS to ship all orders over $150.00.  If you have a P.O. Box, your order will be fulfilled and shipped when the strike is over.  

The shipping costs remain the same at this time.  Please be aware that shipping times will be longer than expected given the high demand for courier services at this time of year.

 

1. What are your shipping rates?

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:

- For orders up to $49.99 before taxes, shipping is $17.99.

- For orders $50.00 to 149.99 before taxes, shipping is 10.99.

- For orders $150.00 and up before taxes, shipping is FREE.

All items are shipped through Canada Post, include a tracking number and are insured for $100.  

OPTION FOR SMALL ORDERS

$8.99 letter mail, shipped through Canada Post with NO TRACKING

- eg. most quilt patterns, 1yd fabric (under 1pound or 500g and 3/4 inch or 2cm thick)

- $9 will be refunded from the $17.99 minimum charge

 

You are responsible for picking up your items at your local post office.  If you fail to do so and your parcel  is returned to me, you will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee to cover charges associated with receiving, packing up and shipping your order. No exceptions.

 

Please note, all orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

 

 

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A. (excludes U.S. territories and Possessions):


Orders to the United States may take anywhere between 10 and 15 days to arrive, excluding any time your package may be delayed in Customs.

- All fabric orders $149.99 or less before taxes, will ship for the flat rate of $20.00.

- Orders $150.00 or more before taxes, will ship for FREE.

2. What countries to you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within Canada and to the continental U.S. 

 

3. Lost or stolen parcels

Please note we do not reimburse for any lost or stolen parcels.  

We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they are in the hands of the postal service.  Please contact your post office in the case of non-delivery or missing parcel.  Once you have done that, please contact us and we will assist any way we can.  

 

Can I pick up my order?

Short answer - sorry, no.

Long answer - as a home-based business, there are certain rules we must abide by in order to operate from home.  We cannot advertise or have signage indicating we operate a business and we cannot disrupt the traffic flow/environment of the neighbourhood.  This, in essence, means we cannot have individuals come to the house to pick up their orders.  

 

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery for Calgary residents.  

Minimum purchase for delivery is $20.00

For orders $20.00 - $74.99 delivery is $9.99

For order $75.00 and over delivery is FREE

Local delivery may take up to 2 business days to process but we strive to get your order to you the same day.    Packages will be left by your front door unless alternate arrangements are made during checkout.
