Shipping - 

1. What are your shipping rates?

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:

- For orders up to $49.99 before taxes, shipping is $13.99

- For orders from $50.00 to $149.99 before taxes, shipping is $10.99

- For orders $150.00 and up before taxes, shipping is FREE.

All items are shipped expedited mail with either Purolator, UPS or Canada Post and includes a tracking number.  Orders with a Post Office box for their address will be shipped by Canada Post, expedited mail with a tracking number.

Please note, all orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

 

2. What countries to you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

 

3. Lost or stolen parcels

Please note we do not reimburse for any lost or stolen parcels.  

We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they are in the hands of the postal service.  Please contact your post office in the case of non-delivery or missing parcel.  Once you have done that, please contact us and we will assist any way we can.
